We’ve seen properties that can earn up to a 3X ROI when switching from a long-term to a short-term rental model. If we don’t beat your existing revenue, we work for free.

Depends on how much work needs to be done to make your listing 5-star ready. If a property is fully furnished, clean, has all recommended amenities, and is “photo-ready” then you’re looking at a quick turnaround. If a property is unfurnished, needs additional amenities, and is not “photo-ready” then you’re looking at an extended turnaround. Either way, we’ll help you achieve a 5-star look and feel in no time.

When we screen for guests, we follow guidelines and policies provided by marketing channels we use. We are allowed to ask questions based on those guidelines.
